Engility Corporation provides worldwide support services for the Department of Justice’s International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program and Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development Assistance and Training (ICITAP and OPDAT). The Regional Analyst acts as liaison between Engility Corporation Program Management Office (PMO), USG Washington, D.C. offices, and DOJ ICITAP/OPDAT’s international field offices.
The individual is expected to be co-located and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines. The candidate should have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to provide high-level customer service. Must be self-motivated, takes initiative, detailed-oriented and persistent with a high degree of personal integrity and professionalism.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Performs multiple day-to- day administrative and operational functions within the Program Management Office such as receiving USG orders, executing when funding is available, and providing daily updates to the end users.
Reviews and approves time-sheets, expense reports, and other pay documents
Partners with financial analysts to review funding orders and requirements, handles vendor invoices, processes payments and reviews invoices for integrity.
Creates, reviews, and briefs various administrative and operational reports on a weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis
Manages large scale conferences and study tours by booking hotel rooms, enrolling participants in workshops, facilitating visas and immunization
Handles the personnel actions such as employment on-boarding (issuing of service agreements and supporting documentation) and initial deployment or re-deployment (travel arrangements, hotel/housing assistance, visa processing, etc.)
Is the initial point of contact for employees deployed
Assists in the process of procuring goods and services to sustain international program operations
Reviews task orders for accuracy and content
Provide real-time support and services to DOJ Analysts and other stakeholders.
Performs procurement duties – inception to completion with the procurement team and subcontracting team.
Responsible for upkeep of document control procedures in multiple shared drives and systems
Other duties as assigned
With short notice, this position may require working evening hours, weekends, and travel within the US and internationally.
Must be able to obtain and maintain and DOJ issued Public Trust clearance which US citizenship is required by the Government customers contract requirements
BA/BS degree; will consider years of experience in related field.
Understanding of funding on a task order with multiple CLINS; ability to track cost within task orders
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Waiver or possess US Security Clearance.
5 years demonstrated experience working in a high demand, fast paced, changing organization with flexibility and competing short deadlines.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience in a detail orientated position and work under broad direction/ guidance.
Interpersonal skills: Team-player, “can do” positive attitude during routine as well as when dealing with challenging requirements
