Bryant Christie Inc. (BCI) helps companies and industry organizations eliminate trade barriers, develop new markets, and manage their international government affairs. Our work is focused on clients in the agricultural, food, and beverage sectors. We do this with our unique set of international services that provide strategic solutions combined with a global vision. BCI offers clients a unique package of global policy, marketing, research, and Internet-based products and services.

The intern will be part of the Global Access team assisting with international trade research, policy analysis and monitoring regulatory changes.  The ideal candidate is:

  • junior or senior undergraduate student;
  • a student of international affairs, political science, economics, business administration, agricultural sciences or related fields;
  • interested in learning about foreign policy;
  • detail oriented and organized;
  • comfortable using Excel and handling databases; and
  • fluent in a second language (preferred but not required).

This is a paid internship and the intern is expected to commit 12 hours per week, but we are flexible when coordinating with class schedules. The internship will run from July 1st - November 30th.

The position is competitive, and interns are given substantive work, gain exposure to international trade issues, and gain experience in working in a professional office setting. Upon successful completion of an internship, interns are provided with interview training and letters of recommendation, if appropriate.
