INTERPOL is now looking for a qualified candidate as Executive Director Resource Management.

Reporting to the Secretary General, the Executive Director, Resource Management, will help drive overall direction and strategic management of the Organization, leading the performance of a range of functions necessary to support the operational activity of the Organization: Finance, Human Resources Management, Procurement, Missions, General Services, Security, Protocol, Conferences and Language Services.
INTERPOL is undergoing an exciting period of change, which involves simplification of processes and systems, underpinned by the need for efficiencies to be improved at a swift pace.
We are therefore looking for an exceptional leader, change agent and innovative thinker to drive through this change.
As a member of the executive leadership team, you will also be instrumental in contributing to the development of the INTERPOL’s wider organizational strategy.
In addition, given INTERPOL’s mandate you will, as appropriate, represent the Organization in international fora.
The post will be based in Lyon, France with regular travelling to the INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation in Singapore.
You must hold an advanced university degree (equivalent to a Master’s Degree or higher) preferably in Business, Finance or a related discipline, with extensive managerial experience of leading a similar function of commensurate complexity.
In addition, a minimum of 15 years of experience as a senior manager leading functions of comparable complexity, at a global or regional level will be compulsory.
