Dexis is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to provide support and expertise to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Asia Bureau/AMS office. The work for this position will be based in Washington, D.C. This is a short-term position. The start date is immediate.


  • Provide administrative and program support to the Administrative Management Staff team in USAID’s Asia Bureau
  • Support management activities, such as personnel and organization management, security, awards, performance management, and other aspects of administrative and logistical support
  • Plan, design, and implement processes to improve systems and procedures
  • Ensure records are kept current and are published to appropriate systems
  • Draft correspondence and reports related to managing administrative programs and issues
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for training, and develops recommendations as appropriate
  • Other tasks as designated by technical team leaders


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (international affairs, political science, public policy, international development, communications, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of development programs, especially in the Asia region preferred
  • Proven experience in project administration
  • Proficient in the use of Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet search engines, database and email applications
  • Experience with USAID preferred
  • Secret-level clearance required
