Position description

This role will provide executive administrative support to the Senior Executive and global teams of Government Affairs & Policy aligned to the Power Business. The role will be part of the Power Business. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

Coordinate office activities for Senior Executive of Government Affairs & Policy - Power Establish and maintain effective staff, business and Company relationships at all levelsHandle and direct inquiries from senior internal and external executives, represent the Senior Executive in these interactionsEstablish and maintain effective staff, business and Company relationships at all levels and globallyRespond to requests for information and documentationCoordinate office activities for Senior Executive of Government Affairs & Policy - Power Establish and maintain effective staff, business and Company relationships at all levelsHandle and direct inquiries from senior internal and external executives, represent the Senior Executive in these interactionsEstablish and maintain effective staff, business and Company relationships at all levels and globallyRespond to requests for information and documentationManage calendars, timing and accurately, proactively updating to ensure sufficient time between meetings or no overlaps. Make domestic/international travel arrangements and process travel expensesPerform other duties and projects required to provide support to Senior Executive and the global team 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting executive levelsStrong domestic and international travel arrangement experienceProficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint; technically savvy
