Position description

ANF is a relief and development organization dedicated to alleviating poverty and building sustainable livelihoods for Nicaragua’s poor.

The Manager reports directly to the General Manager of ANF and coordinates a team of grant writers and M&E specialists. The candidate must demonstrate that s/he meets the requirements described below.

•A Master’s degree in development studies, international relations, economics, social administration or a related field is required.

•Minimum of four years of work experience with social programs.

•Experience in proposal writing and development, grants management.

•Experience with qualitative and quantitative M&E data collection and analysis methods. Experience in designing M&E methodologies and tools, and the ability to coach and train others in their use is desirable.

•Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and a wide range of program/project activities.

•Strong report writing and communication skills in Spanish and English is required.

The office will be located in Ofiplaza-El Retiro, Managua. However, willingness to travel within the country is required.
