The ideal candidate will be both tech savvy and have a strong communication background, with great interpersonal skills to engage both customers and stakeholders. CENTRA is seeking a Customer Engagement officer to engage with various stakeholders and contribute to process improvements on an established and dynamic Intelligence Community (IC) program. The candidate will work in a creative environment using innovative tools and technology to support key decision makers. Candidates must be junior or mid-level professionals that are proficient in working on social media platforms, using chat functions and blogging for regular communication and process improvement feedback with customers and stakeholders.  


Required Skills:

  • US Citizen; Current Top Secret with Poly.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
  • BS/BA degree preferred in any of the following disciplines: communications, international affairs, national security, economics, political science, or history. 
  • At least two years’ experience working within or supporting the Intelligence Community.
  • Demonstrated experience with a variety of multi-media and interactive tools to include blogs, instant messaging, chat, and similar platforms while communicating and coordinating activities with clients or stakeholders.

 Desired Skills:

  • Ability to execute time and schedule management skills while prioritizing daily task.
  • Experience using an extensive range of medium and technologies; as well as a Web-based publication process.
  • Experience in the field of Communications.
  • Experience conducting, analyzing, and building surveys.
  • Experience in providing customer satisfaction and using quality control processes.
