Position description

Review and comment on national level CT policy/strategic documents; CT SME review of government progress assessments and major issue studies; and perform Intelligence Integration activities including cross IC and DoD engagement.  Synthesize multiple sources of information from an Intel/DoD perspective and develop policy and strategic assessments.  Develop inputs to policy and strategic documents for senior level policy makers.  Work as part of a TEAM in a senior-level government office. Extensive interaction and collaboration with relevant subject matter experts from across the IC, other US government departments and agencies, and, at times, think-tanks: Uses information and insights gained to support outreach, coordination, and integration activities across whole of government.  Brief and prepare government leadership for White House and ODNI tasking on CT related topics. 


BS Degree, 8+ years' related experience, and a CI Polygraph.  Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and the ability to convey complex ideas to others in a concise and clear manner. Knowledge of current CT threat environment, performance, policy, and strategy. Regional Studies; Policy Studies; School of Foreign Policy; Arabic Studies; and Studies in Conflict, Ideology and Policy is helpful.
