Position description

The International Affairs Coordinator will be responsible for providing planning, organization of and support for ongoing projects and events for the International Affairs professional team. Projects include the compiling and organizing of content for presentations, meetings and events, managing brand & marketing content, maintaining up-to-date blog and social media content, overseeing international incident response submissions as well as carrying out important operational duties, and providing administrative support. While reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of International Affairs, the Coordinator will be in regular contact with all International Affairs and Israel office staff.

Ability to work on tight deadlines, competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least two (2) years of relevant experience are required for consideration.



  • Collaborate with team to develop presentation materials for events and meetings
  • Monitor and respond to international Incident Response Submissions via Salesforce
  • Brand Ambassador to the team - point person for all International Affairs /Israel staff Brand & Marketing and Media Content:
  • Maintain up-to-date content via the ADL website, including ADL blogs and list of international anti-Semitic incidents, and maintain social media for SVP
  • Work with Associate Director of International Affairs to construct monthly International Affairs Newsletters via Marketing Cloud
  • Keep up to date with all Brand & Marketing updates and trainings, relaying relevant information to the team as needed
  • Create event websites, flyers and invitations for the team
  • Prepare and oversee yearly team budget, tracking expenditures/transactions and providing SVP with a quarterly report
  • Maintain organization of all documents, presentations and projects for the team
  • Assist international affairs team with organizing meetings/programs and conference calls. Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)


  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and travel, and maintain agenda for SVP
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Undertake individual project tasks as required
  • Provide administrative support as needed



  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating amongst multiple teams
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Tech Savvy, well-versed in Social Media content posting and usage
  • Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
  • Knowledge of file management, travel booking, scheduling and other administrative procedures
  • (Preferred Skill) Familiarity with the Salesforce/Marketing Cloud platform

Work Experience

  • Two years’ experience in a related field
  • Administrative support to Senior Level Management and Executives in a general office environment required


  • Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs or a related field of study
