The Front Office Assistant is the face and voice of the organization for all visitors and is a critical support staff member for DT Global. The Front Office Assistant is responsible for overseeing all front office operations, serves as the first point of contact for the organization, and provides general administrative support to the Office Manager and Facilities team. The Front Office Assistant should thrive in a customer service environment and excel at performing a variety of administrative and operational functions. The Front Office Assistant should be enthusiastic, exhibit passion and excitement over their work and our mission and have a can-do attitude.
