Conduct research and analysis to support the DoD. Analyze operations in the context of campaign plans to determine how operations affect strategic objectives, including evaluating the operational environment. Distill large volumes of data to product high-fidelity, highly distilled, qualitative results, communicate findings in verbal and written communication clearly, concisely, and effectively. Organize, plan, and author finished analysis reports using Microsoft Office applications.
-7+ years of experience with irregular warfare (IW) or unconventional warfare (UW), counter threats, Counter-WMD (CWMD), or security cooperation (SC) activities as an industry or government professional or 5+ years of experience with specialized military work
-Experience with conducting environmental analysis
-Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-Ability to synthesize and arbitrate large and disparate sets of quantitative and qualitative data
-Ability to organize, plan, and author finished assessment products
-Ability to quickly assimilate into and contribute to a multi-functional team
-BA or BS degree
-Experience as a field-grade or chief warrant officer
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations
-Possession of excellent interpersonal, research, and critical thinking skills
-MA or MS degree in International Relations, Political Science, or related field
