EARS was established in 2013 as the first specialist recruitment firm for the EU affairs market in Brussels, at the forefront of the EU Institutions.

We recruit EU Affairs professionals for a very diverse set of clients, ranging from Trade Associations, Companies, Public Affairs & Public Relations Consultancies to NGOs, Think Tanks and Law Firms.

We identify, evaluate and interview those professionals and accompany them through the hiring process, from beginning to end.

About the role

Would you be interested in playing a key role in shaping the ‘Who is Whom’ in the EU bubble in Brussels?

As Consultant, you will appoint Middle to Senior Management professionals across a set of different actively discussed EU policies and sectors. You will be delivering an outstanding recruitment service for a series of prestigious clients ranging from some of the most renowned industry players to global not-for-profit organisations.

You will be trained on the best practices in our sector and we will accompany you in your journey to become a high-flying Executive Search Consultant.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will lead your own client portfolio and will manage with A to Z responsibility your own recruitment processes with the support of our researchers.

You will have an impact and will participate in shaping our company’s strategy in a passionate, dynamic and young-minded culture.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in EU affairs is a must;
  • Experience in business, business development, membership development, client management considered a strong plus;
  • Sharp negotiation skills;
  • Flair for people;
  • Achievement and quality driven;
  • Excellent English;
  • Ideally available as independent consultant, full time.
