As an All-Source Fusion Analyst, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop reports and give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an All-Source Fusion Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client provide Ground Domain Multi-INT Certified Fusion analysis and production to improve pattern-of-life analysis, identify intelligence gaps, and increase accuracy, speed, and synchronization of targeting efforts. You'll manage Ground Domain operations focused on a future space, air, maritime, and threat environment. You will produce, coordinate, review, validate, and support fused intelligence using designated systems to support Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and open source. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:
5+ years of experience years of experience with intelligence analysis, U.S. government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training as an Army 35F or branch equivalent at a Service Component Command, Combatant Command, or national-level intelligence agency
Experience with intelligence writing and ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards
Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets, including working with Asian nations order of battle and ground domain awareness
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to provide shift work support
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience in a professional work environment, Associate’s degree and 9+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Nice If You Have:
Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers
Experience with Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products in support of pattern-of-life analysis, identify intelligence gaps, or targeting
Experience with intelligence software, including Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or related tools
Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT, and the data and tools these disciplines use
Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to tasks, and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision in analytical products
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent creative and critical-thinking skills
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Geography, or a related field
Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) Certification
