Position description
Responsibilities of the Program Analyst:
- Plan and ensure on-schedule, within-budget project execution from beginning through end.
- Oversee deadline completion, manages resources, and assesses and tracks any risks.
- Ensure that projects are executed within budget; identify additional funding that may be required.
- Work across teams to identify and schedule resources and estimate LOE.
- Facilitate overcoming obstacles encountered by all teams involved in a project.
- Coordinate among administrative, technical, programmatic, and customer organizations; leadership; and subject matter experts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in international security, defense cooperation, or related fields.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals on a daily basis throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Experience participating in and leading IPTs preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Professional degree and 5 years related experience. (Four Additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree.)
Compensation of the Program Analyst:
- Salary range: $80,000- $100,000
