The DC office of a prestigious global law firm is seeking a hardworking, driven International Trade Analyst to work alongside their busy attorneys. In this role, you will be a key solution seeker, helping to ensure both attorneys and clients are prepared regarding international trade compliance and related matters. If you are a strong analytical-minded, team player, with a passion for international trade rules and regulations with direct experience from the Department of Commerce, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare necessary materials for antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, including petitions, detailed reports/responses, and analyzing databases.
- Maintain daily records and monitor task progress and ensure accurate documentation.
- Draft, review, and edit various documents, including proposals, budgets, audits and other reports.
- Conduct trade compliance training for the firm’s clients.
- Assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced. You have a minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in international trade, antidumping, and countervailing proceedings at the Department of Commerce. Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excel expert. You are fluent in your ability to navigate Microsoft Excel, and other applications of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Multi-tasking superstar. You work well under pressure and can manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities while keeping all team members up to date on projects’ status.
- Team oriented. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills and can be trusted to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
