Position description
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the re-design and implementation of EFEE’s membership strategy;
- Identify and connect with prospective members at all levels;
- Foster engagement and deliver value to current members;
- Manage one or more EU-funded projects, ensuring high-quality implementation;
- Coordinate with partners, prepare reports, and organise project-related events.
Who We’re Looking For:
- University degree in International Relations, European Studies, or similar field;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a membership-based organisation;
- Proven skills in membership development and EU project management;
- Fluent English (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus;
- Organised, proactive, and committed to EFEE’s mission;
- Applicants must have a right to work in Belgium in order to be considered.
