If you’re a recent graduate looking to take your first steps in the world of EU affairs, events, and communications, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience right at the heart of the EU bubble.
Your Role:
As an Events & Communications Intern, you'll support the team in areas such as:
- Bringing high-level events to life – from workshops to stakeholder sessions;
- Facilitating industry and policy engagement – assisting in meetings with senior stakeholders;
- Managing communications tools – from internal updates to webinars;
- Creating engaging digital content – infographics, short videos, visuals (we love creativity!);
- Representing EUMICON – at major EU events and meetings with policymakers, industry leaders, and media;
- Supporting outreach – helping us grow our network and influence across the EU landscape.
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field;
- A university degree in a relevant field (communications, political science, EU studies, etc.);
- Strong English (written and spoken); French is a plus;
- Basic skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.);
- Great communication and organisational skills;
- A curious, proactive mindset and a can-do attitude;
- Interest in raw materials, energy, sustainability, or EU industry topics;
- Confidence in using MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
