Position description
The Junior Project Manager supports the delivery of EU-funded projects by working closely with the Head of Projects and the project team. The role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring the tasks are always under control, assisting with stakeholder communication, and representing All Digital in external settings when required.
Your Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will:
- Contribute to impactful projects: Support the implementation and monitoring of EU-funded projects. Collaborate closely with project partners to ensure smooth alignment with deliverables and positive impact in Europe;
- Create compelling content: Develop communication materials, educational content, draft reports, and prepare presentations to highlight project outcomes;
- Support administrative operations: Assist in tracking budgets, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring operational efficiency across projects and events;
- Assist in event organisation: Plan, coordinate, and deliver online, hybrid, and in-person events to engage stakeholders, disseminate project results, and ensure seamless event operations;
- Engage with stakeholders: Represent All Digital at external meetings, conferences, and workshops.

- Is fluent in English: You have excellent written and oral communication skills; additional European languages are a bonus;
- Is confident with digital tools: You’re comfortable with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and willing to learn tools for website management, social media, and email marketing;
- Has flexibility to travel: Ability to travel for work as needed. Travel may include attending meetings, conferences, site visits, or training sessions;
- Has an interest or background in digital transformation (an asset): You’ve studied or gained experience in areas such as digital education, EU funded project management, or related fields.
