A day in the life of a Regional Director, West Africa:

In the role of Regional Director, West Africa, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him;
- Lead staff and international field representatives towards the successful implementation of the OCC project;
- Incorporate global standards of the OCC project into the regional context of West Africa;
- Lead regional logistics efforts to secure and maintain tax free import status in each country of the region;
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, development, and leadership of national and regional leadership teams;
- Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively steward ministry gifts and materials;
- Oversee the management and growth of the Greatest Journey Discipleship Program;
- Provide valuable program feedback to refine global standards of training and implementation;
- Develop and track the regional budget and ensure the effective management of country grants;
- Build profitable partnerships with affiliate offices and other ministry departments serving in the region;
- Support the arrangement of ministry trips in the region;
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Missions, Missiology, Theology or other related field, and three to five years international living and cross-cultural ministry experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education;
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire;
- Language Requirement: Fluency in English (required); French (preferred).
