Your Role

  • Conduct legal research and brief EU institutions and Member States in relation to, and ahead of, CJEU proceedings;
  • Identify EU-level litigation opportunities through regular contact with NGOs across the EU;
  • Draft advocacy materials, attend high-level meetings, and contribute to campaign strategy;
  • Review RECLAIM’s advocacy proposals to ensure they are legally feasible under EU law;
  • Supervise interns and volunteers linked to the Legal Helpdesk.

Time allocation (indicative):

  • 40% legal research and drafting;

  • Demonstrated commitment to human rights and EU values;
  • Sound political judgment and diplomacy skills.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in EU institutions, courts, or a specialized EU law firm;
