Assignment :
Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Finance for Operations, your role will be to support the accounting close of the Pools according to the closing schedule.
In this context, your responsibilities will be as follows:
• Update the receivables tracking and facilitate the exchange of information, as needed at the time of support, across the 4 regions:
• Perform a monthly validation according to the checklist
• Importing SAGA accounting data into Agresso
• Reconcile accounting entries between Saga, Agresso, and the Financial Reports
• Managing contract billing in Agresso
• Control and enter administrative overheads in Agresso
• Perform the revaluations of class 4 and 5 accounts + reversal
• Create a table of real estate assets
• Correct import or invoicing errors
• Check the balance sheet accounts (4 + 5)
• Supporting the Deputy Directorate in relation to international accounting
• Participate in the improvement of processes and methodology
• Analyze according to the needs of the DDFO
• Update/create operating procedure
• Depending on the workload for mission 1, provide support on ongoing cases for the Delegated Management department.
Profile :
You hold a degree in finance and have at least 2 years of experience in this field, including experience in a Country Office within an international NGO.
You have a very good understanding of accrual accounting.
Working in an international environment, you are proficient in written and spoken English.

Status: Integrated Manager, Grade 7 – 6-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration:
From €37K to €44K gross per year over 13 months, depending on experience
Seniority bonus starting from 3 years of service at headquarters
