Who are we?
The Office of the Secretary General is a small team, supporting the Secretary General and overall governance of DRC. This includes day-to-day support to the Secretary General’s meetings and missions abroad, facilitating meetings of the Executive Management Team, the Board of Directors, and the Council of DRC, as well as coordinating closely with departments and regions across DRC on strategic projects and priorities.

We offer
As a student assistant in the Secretary General’s office, we offer you the opportunity to:
Contract length: Permanent subject to being enrolled in a study program.
Working hours: 15 hours per week. The working hours should preferably be split between 2-3 working days per week and within normal office hours from 8.00 to 17.00.
Workplace: The Danish Refugee Council’s headquarters in Copenhagen at Lyngbyvej 100, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, just by Ryparken station
Start date: Early June 2026.
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the agreement between DRC and HK. This is a national position for which local terms and conditions apply.
