Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with excellent academic records;
- EU citizenship;
- Certified C1 proficiency in English, French, or German;
- B2 level in another European language (minimum B2 English for all participants);
- Less than 6 weeks prior EU institution experience;
- Available for September 2026 program and able to start new roles by mid-2027.
Ideal Candidates Have:
- Master's or PhD in any field (we value diverse backgrounds including STEM, economics, public health, law);
- 3-11 years professional experience;
- Background in global health, international development, economics, public policy, finance, or research;
- Additional EU language certifications (B2+ level);
- International study or work experience;
- Commitment to effective altruism principles and evidence-based approaches to improving global health outcomes;
- Pragmatic approach to creating systemic change through institutions.

- Duration: 5 days intensive training (Monday-Friday, full-time);
- Dates: September 27 - October 3, 2026;
- Format: In-person only, full attendance required;

- Pre-work: 5-10 hours of pre-reading and 1-2 online orientation sessions;
