Success in this role depends on the ability to take initiative, communicate with clarity and precision, navigate complexity, and manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate the SLT monthly meeting agenda, and ensure that SLT materials meet the International Secretariat's quality standards and enable efficient decision-making.
* In close collaboration with the Head of OSG and the DSG, record and communicate SLT decisions and decision-making processes to International Secretariat (IS) and Movement colleagues.
* Define and coordinate special projects for Deputy Secretary General and, under direction of the Head of the Office of the Secretary General, for the Secretary General. Develop terms of reference and other documentation, manage internal communications across teams and track follow-ups.
* Carry out research and benchmarking exercises to inform project design and decision-making.
* Provide cross-team support within OSG during peak periods.

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to a range of audiences including senior executives and governance bodies.
* Experience providing operational or executive coordination support, including managing meeting cycles, agenda-setting, and minute-taking.
* Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage workload proactively and independently.
