Join AIR as a Qualitative Research Associate and use your experience and expertise to help advance our mission: generating and applying rigorous evidence to create a better, more equitable world for all. The Qualitative Research Associate will contribute to a range of studies, evaluations, and technical assistance initiatives while supporting organizational growth through business development and proposal efforts.
This position will be part of AIR's International Development program, supporting research and technical assistance activities in low- and middle-income countries. The team works closely with major international donors, including the Gates Foundation, the World Bank, the U.S. Department of State, and UNICEF, to design and implement innovative approaches that inform policy and program development.
Candidates hired for this position may work remotely within the United States (U.S.) or from one of our U.S. office locations. This does not include U.S. territories.
