Position description

The Coalition for Integrity, a leading advocate against corruption and for integrity, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated professional with a proven track record of fundraising for non-profits from foundation, corporate, and other sources.

Key Responsibilities:

The Development Manager will lead will lead fundraising efforts for the Coalition for Integrity, working with the President and senior staff. The Development Manager’s key responsibilities include: developing relationships with and securing funding from foundations, corporations, and other philanthropic sources; developing marketing materials and proposals; and preparing and executing the Coalition’s annual Integrity Award Dinner. The Development Manager will understand how to use events featuring the president and senior leadership to strategically engage donors. They will be comfortable serving as staff lead and on-site manager during development events, overseeing the team’s activities to ensure both the satisfaction of guests and participants as well as flawless event execution.


  • 5+ years of experience in nonprofit development
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute a variety of events, from small-group gatherings to high-profile, large-scale galas.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Experience in the fields of anti-corruption, corporate compliance, or governance is strongly preferred.
