Together with our members and partners, we promote sound policies, hold elected officials accountable for their votes and actions, and help elect champions for our values. The Foreign Policy for America family of organizations includes FP Action Network, our federal political action committee (PAC), and Foreign Policy for America Foundation, our 501(c)(3) educational arm.
Foreign Policy for America (FP4A) is hiring an early-career professional to join our Washington, DC team as an Outreach Associate. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented, collaborative, and highly organized individual with a passion for community building and FP4A’s mission. The Outreach Associate will help grow and strengthen FP4A’s national network by supporting member engagement, organizing events, and fostering community in assigned cities. They will work closely with team members to deliver a top-tier membership experience and help execute candidate fundraising events for FP4A endorsed candidates.

In addition to key responsibilities outlined above, the Outreach Associate will contribute to organization-wide strategic planning and assist with other duties as assigned.

Compensation: Compensation will be tailored to reflect the candidate’s unique skill set and experience, with a salary range of $45,000 – $60,000.
