Mission :

Under the supervision of the Advocacy, Hunger and Conflict Unit Manager and in collaboration with the partners of the consortium funded by Echo, your mission will be to coordinate and implement the Hopes project's components on the criminalization of aid and disinformation, and more specifically to:
Contribute to defining the strategy and the implementation methods for the project components;
Ensure the management and coordination of the project
; Communicate internally and represent the project externally;
Manage the project staff

Profile :

• You hold a Master's degree in political science, international solidarity, law, international law, or international cooperation and have at least five years of experience in these fields.
• You have proven knowledge of advocacy actions and strategies, particularly consortium facilitation.
• You are proficient in the issues related to the project: sanctions, criminalization of aid, disinformation, and the protection of humanitarian workers.
• You have already coordinated a complex and sensitive project in collaboration with partners, respecting the project's positions and risks.
• You have a proven track record in research and information gathering.
• Humanitarian field experience will be considered an asset.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.

Employment conditions

• Status: Integrated Manager - 15-month fixed-term contract until April 15, 2027 - Full-time
• Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
• Salary: €41,000 to €50,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
• Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced working time
