Atlas Corps Leadership Institute (ACLI) is designed for globally minded early‑career professionals (typically aged 21–32) seeking to build leadership resilience, a global community, and career‑ready skills without geographic or visa barriers. It is an accessible, virtual-first program that offers transformational leadership skill development in a global community, building human-centered capabilities sought by employers worldwide.

By joining ACLI, you become a member of an international community & network of belonging to develop self-efficacy & resilience, interpersonal effectiveness, and cross-cultural adaptability.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll participate in live sessions with invited guest speakers, enhance your leadership skills through self-paced assignments, collaborate with peers across cultures, and earn a digital credential to demonstrate your growth.

Launched in 2020 as the Virtual Leadership Institute (VLI), the program has helped 570+ young professionals from over 80 countries develop resilience, adaptability & collaboration skills essential in today’s rapidly changing world.

Today, the ACLI continues to provide a unique platform for leaders from around the globe to engage in professional development while fostering a network of collaboration and mutual support.

THE ATLAS CORPS LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE INVITES PARTICIPANTS TO:

      • Build connections within a global network of emerging leaders, fostering collaboration and lifelong professional relationships.
      • Explore leadership strategies to address pressing global challenges and drive meaningful impact.
      • Develop critical leadership skills through immersive virtual workshops, self-guided learning, and interactive small group engagement with peers.
      • Learn from leading U.S. organizations and experts on topics such as self-management and resilience, conflict resolution, and intercultural adaptability.
      • Gain insights into how global and local leaders work together to create sustainable solutions in diverse team environments.
      • Experience the transformative power of coaching and peer mentoring to refine personal and professional goals and align with a leadership style that bolsters your context and goals.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the program’s professional experience and educational requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience OR a high school degree/GED with 3–5 years of experience.
      • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
      • Technological capacity to participate in virtual sessions (desktop or laptop preferred).
      • Availability to dedicate 3–5 hours per week to programming activities for 12 weeks.
