Position description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team and support HOTREC’s EU advocacy efforts. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in European policy-making and hospitality sector issues.
Your responsibilities
- Monitor EU legislative proposals impacting the hospitality sector;
- Assist in the development and implementation of advocacy strategies;
- Support internal and external meetings and events;
- Produce reports from meetings and events;
- Assist in managing EU-funded projects;
- Communications support including website updates, social media, presentations, design.
What we’re looking for
- A university degree;
- Familiarity with European politics and policies;
- Good understanding of the European Union and its institutions and processes;
- Be enthusiastic, eager to learn, with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail;
- Good communicator, both written and oral;
- Excellent level of English, knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
