Job Summary

The Senior Director, Donor Prospecting and Fundraising will serve as a key driver of GoodPower’s fundraising strategy, with a focus on philanthropies, individuals and corporate partners. This is ahands-on frontline fundraising role focused specifically on new donor prospects. Responsibilities include: identifying and cultivating new prospects, generating new leads, managing a portfolio of high-value funders, and conducting solicitation and stewardship activities to secure 7- and 8-figure investments that advance our mission across our family of entities.

This senior role requires a proven track record in building lasting partnerships with institutional funders, high net worth donors, VCs, and corporate partners. Further, the role requires experience in securing new prospects, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex and often highly technical programmatic work into compelling cases for support.
