The Role
We're seeking aDigital Producerto lead multimedia content creation and digital storytelling across three brands: Resolution Project, Enactus Global, and Enactus USA. You'll produce video, photography, graphics, and written content that brings the stories of young social entrepreneurs to life—creating content that inspires, engages, and drives action across nearly 100 countries.
As part of a lean two-person communications team in a startup nonprofit environment, you'll need to be exceptionally organized, strategic, and able to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency. You're equally comfortable conceptualizing a multi-month campaign and jumping into Premiere Pro to edit a same-day event recap. You'll also supervise a part-time social media intern during peak campaign seasons.
What You'll Do
Multimedia Content Production
- Produce video content optimized for social platforms—reels, shorts, interviews, event highlights
- Execute photography strategy for events, impact stories, and brand assets
- Design graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Manage production from concept through post-production and distribution
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute content strategy for nine social accounts across three brands (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn x 3) in collaboration with Communications Director
- Create weekly Instagram broadcast messages and monthly opportunity posts reaching thousands
- Maintain editorial calendars using Monday.com; track analytics and optimize based on performance
- Test new platform features and emerging channels
Event Content Production(3-5 major events annually)
- Lead on-site digital coverage: real-time posting, photography, video capture for Enactus World Cup (typically international), Enactus USA National Exposition, HNMUN (Harvard National Model United Nations), WORLDMUN (World Model United Nations), and Young Leaders Now Award Dinner
- Develop multi-month pre-event content campaigns
- Create post-event packages: highlight videos, photo galleries, impact recaps
Digital Channel Management
- Produce and distribute monthly newsletter to tens of thousands (iContact, Salesforce)
- Update and maintain three WordPress/Elementor websites
- Track media coverage using Google Alerts; maintain clips database
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise part-time social media intern (15-20 hrs/week during peak seasons)
- Delegate daily posting, community management, and content scheduling
- Provide feedback and mentorship on social media strategy
Cross-Brand Coordination
- Serve as communications liaison between Resolution, Enactus Global, and Enactus USA
- Coordinate content needs with Programs, Development, and leadership teams
- Facilitate meetings with Enactus Global and USA teams; take notes and track action items
- Collaborate with freelance photographers, videographers, and designers
What You'll Bring
Required:
- 3-5 years producing digital content for social media and multimedia campaigns
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, graphic design, and social media content—showing an ability to create visually compelling work that feels fresh while maintaining brand consistency
- Finger on the pulse of emerging social media trends, Gen Z communication styles, and evolving platform features
- Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
- Graphic design: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
- An eye for visual storytelling and some photography skills
- Excellent writing and copyediting with an authentic, inclusive voice
- Proven track record growing social media audiences and engagement
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and working long hours on events
- WordPress/Elementor or other CMS proficiency
- International or multicultural content experience preferred

- Some supervisory experience (interns, freelancers, volunteers) or strong mentorship abilities
- Email marketing platforms (iContact, Mailchimp)
- Salesforce, Airtable or other CRM experience
- Nonprofit or social impact organization background

- Motion graphics (Adobe After Effects)
Travel & Schedule
- 3-5 trips annually, domestic and international:Enactus World Cup (typically international), Enactus USA Expo, HNMUN (Boston), WORLDMUN (international), Social Venture Challenges (SVC) (domestic and international). Occasional evening/weekend/ early morning work for events and to accommodate global time zones
- Hybrid: 1 day/week in NYC office + 2 additional days/month, of your choosing, in the office.
